Metal & Wood works

We began by establishing the foundational structure "c" with a prototype made from cardboard. Through this, we assessed the garment's dimensions and proportions. Next, we crafted the frame using metal, bending and welding it accordingly. The plastic breasts were then molded using a vacuum machine.

Wooden collars were meticulously cut and treated with precision, followed by sanding and refinement. Similarly, the fan underwent sanding and was shaped with a figure cutter, demanding meticulous attention.

After welding the metal sides to the frame, the plastic breasts were securely placed within the frame using bolts and nuts. Fans were strategically mounted on the hips, and the collar was delicately positioned around the neck, allowing for flexibility and movement.
